Nothing is set in stone. The packages are just a basis for the most common customer requirements but everyone is different. If you want anything added, ask us for a quote. If you want to try to reduce costs and cut things out, just ask us and we may be able to help.

The website, (content, design and electronic files) will be entirely the property of the customer. Domain names are registered with the customer name as the owner and Dinowebs as the admin and technical contacts. Domain registration requires an individual's name but where an organisation name is provided it is deemed to be registered on behalf of this organisation.

Dinowebs allocate a certain amount of data transfer and web space for each website. The transfer and space allocated is pretty generous so you're unlikely to need more, at least for the first couple of years. We monitor the usage so that we should see any increases coming and have time to discuss your hosting arrangements should the need arise.

Yes, you can. We will register any domain name of equivalent or lower value than a .com. This would include, for example, .net, .org, .biz, .org.uk but not .uk.com, .tv. Premium domain extensions like these can still be registered but require a small supplement, typically around £20-£30 per annum.

Yes, we're happy to include logo design as part of the package cost. If you require an alternate high resolution version of it for print then let us know.

Yes, all that is required is to change the name servers, a setting with your domain registrar. This is quite straightforward and we'll walk you though it or, if you give us your login, do it for you.

You may be able to use it. It really depends on the type of website you have and what server scripting it uses. Your hosting account would need to fulfill all the website's requirements to work properly. Web hosting is included in all the dinowebs packages so there's no need to pay for this separately.

Generally, we ask for 50% of the total as a deposit payment prior to starting work. You will be able to see your website in development. The balance would then be payable before the website goes live. In some circumstances, where development work is carried out in phases then each phases is billed 50% before starting and 50% on completion.
